Delivering hope through the delivery of a Basket of Hope filled with toys games, craft items, and more to the hospitalized child and a Hope Tote filled with gifts of inspiration is offered to the parents. We incorporate local sports celebrities and other local heroes to assist in delivering the baskets/totes to the children and their parents. Baskets and Totes are free gifts to the hospitalized children in participating hospitals. Families truly appreciate the love and support exemplified through the visits, gifts, concern, and prayers.

Needs
Funds are needed to help fill the Baskets of Hope and Hope Totes. We hope to assemble over 5,000 baskets/totes in January 2017 and need to raise $500,000 to make it happen!
Other ways to donate, support, or volunteer
Volunteers will be needed to assemble the baskets, work on fundraising activities, organize inventory, etc.

Description
Over 50 hospitals nationwide partner with Basket of Hope. Over 7,000 baskets/totes are delivered annually to hospitalized children across the nation. During Super Bowl week in the Super Bowl City thousands of baskets/totes are assembled with the help of hundreds of local volunteers. The baskets/totes are delivered locally and shipped to participating hospitals across the nation.

Reaching more than 1,500 seriously ill children each year by providing them a Basket of Hope.

We work with the hospital staff and receive feedback from them as well as the from the families that are recipients of the baskets. We continually improve the program based on that feedback.

Our program stands out as it supports the entire family of hospitalized children with serious illnesses. The child and siblings receive gifts such as games, toys, craft items, etc. and the parents are not forgotten as they receive a hope tote filled with inspirational items, snacks, jewelry, coffees and teas, mugs, music, and more!
