The 100 Club has been able, through technology and outsourcing, to keep staffing levels at a minimum, while increasing the size of the organization significantly without impacting efficiency. The Club has grown from 7,400 members in 1994 to 30,350 members today with 4 employees. The average length of service, per employee, being ten years. The 100 Club is a member of the Greater Houston Better Business Bureau and is on their list of approved charitable organizations. The 100 Club does not use telemarketing and, in fact, has a strong Board policy against using such marketing ploys.
