The Early Learning Center is an early childhood education program that helps young children aged 18 months through five years achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones so they can reach their full potential, become independent learners and thinkers, and transition successfully to kindergarten.
The program is part of United Way of Greater Houston’s Bright Beginnings initiative and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation demonstrates that the program meets rigorous standards of quality. Only 4% of Harris County child care centers are accredited by the main accrediting bodies, including NAEYC.
